Cash on Delivery (COD)

At Tumblers Lanka, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) through our trusted delivery partner, Koombiyo Delivery Service, allowing you to pay for your order when it arrives at your doorstep.

How Cash on Delivery Works

  1. Place your order online and select Cash on Delivery at checkout.
  2. Your order will be processed and dispatched through Koombiyo Delivery Service.
  3. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
  4. On the day of delivery, the courier will contact you using the phone number provided with your order.
  5. Once your order arrives, you can make payment directly to the courier in cash.

Important Information

To ensure a smooth delivery process, please make sure your phone is available to receive calls from the courier. If you do not answer the courier’s call, they will attempt to contact you again on the next business day to arrange delivery.

Please note that Tumblers Lanka is not responsible for delivery delays resulting from unanswered calls, unavailable contact numbers, or difficulties in reaching the customer. Any delays caused by unsuccessful delivery attempts will be subject to the courier’s delivery schedule.
