Tumblers Lanka specializes in the sale of authentic Stanley, Owala, and Yeti tumblers imported directly from the United States.

While we strive to ensure accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, update information, or cancel orders where necessary.

All products are subject to availability.

Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. However, any confirmed order will be charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including Cash on Delivery (where available).

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped through Koombiyo Delivery Service and are generally delivered within 2–5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or incorrect customer information.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information. Tumblers Lanka shall not be responsible for delays resulting from incorrect information or failure to respond to courier communications.

Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers must be available to receive calls from the courier and make payment upon delivery.

If a customer fails to answer courier calls, delivery may be delayed. Tumblers Lanka is not responsible for delays caused by unsuccessful delivery attempts due to unanswered calls or customer unavailability.

Warranty

All products sold by Tumblers Lanka include a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, unauthorized modifications, or other exclusions outlined in our Warranty Policy.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.

Customers may be eligible for returns within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to inspection and approval. Tumblers Lanka reserves the right to determine whether a return or refund request meets the requirements of our policy.

Product Images and Colours

We make every effort to display product images and colours accurately. However, actual colours may vary depending on your device screen settings and photography conditions.

Tumblers Lanka cannot guarantee that colours displayed on your device will exactly match the product received.
