Are your tumblers authentic?

Yes. All Stanley, Owala, and Yeti tumblers sold by Tumblers Lanka are 100% authentic and imported directly from the United States.

Where do your products come from?

We source our products directly from trusted retailers in the USA to ensure authenticity and quality.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. All tumblers purchased from Tumblers Lanka include a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects.

How long does delivery take?

We deliver islandwide through Koombiyo Delivery Service. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders. You can pay the courier in cash when your order is delivered.

What happens if I miss the courier’s call?

The courier will attempt to contact you again on the next business day to arrange delivery. Please ensure your phone number is correct and available to avoid delays.

Can I return my order?

Yes. We offer a 14-day return period from the date you receive your order, subject to our Refund and Returns Policy.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, Tumblers Lanka will cover the return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

How do I request a warranty claim?

Please contact our customer support team with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs showing the defect. We will review your claim and guide you through the process.

How are refunds processed?

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved. Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

How are Cash on Delivery refunds processed?

For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds will be transferred directly to your bank account. You will be asked to provide valid bank account details for the refund.

What brands do you sell?

We currently offer authentic Stanley, Owala, and Yeti tumblers.

Do you deliver outside Colombo?

Yes. We offer islandwide delivery across Sri Lanka.
