All orders are shipped through Koombiyo Delivery Service, one of Sri Lanka’s trusted courier providers.

Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed, we will prepare and dispatch it as quickly as possible. You will be contacted by the courier when your package is out for delivery.

To ensure a smooth delivery process, please make sure your phone is available to receive calls from the courier. If you do not answer the courier’s call, they will attempt to contact you again on the next business day to arrange delivery.

Please note that Tumblers Lanka is not responsible for delivery delays resulting from unanswered calls, unavailable contact numbers, or difficulties in reaching the customer. Any delays caused by unsuccessful delivery attempts will be subject to the courier’s delivery schedule.
