14-Day Returns
At Tumblers Lanka, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Manufacturing Defects
If your item has a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. Tumblers Lanka will also cover the return shipping fee for approved manufacturing defect claims.
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs of the defect so that we can assess your claim.
Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, you may do so within 14 days of delivery. In such cases, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return requirements. Refunds will only be processed after the inspection has been completed and approved.
All returned items must be free from damage, signs of misuse, excessive wear, or alterations. If the item does not meet the return requirements, it may be rejected and returned to you.
Tumblers Lanka reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the acceptance or rejection of any return or refund request.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
- For online card payments, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide valid bank account details, and approved refunds will be transferred directly to the specified bank account.
Please allow a reasonable processing period for refunds to be completed after approval.
